Renault Kangoo Minicamper

Bus Bessie

Renault Kangoo converted into a minicamper

Perfect for a long vacation away! Spend the night at campsites, or wake up at beautiful nature locations.

In this build I chose not to use thin seat cushions but real thick matrasses. This makes it feel just like a real bed! In the summer you won’t wake up early because of the light that shines through the windows. The sun-blocking curtains make sure you can sleep in!

With plenty of storage options, you can easily store all your clothes, cooking supplies and camping gear. There is a large storage chest for sleeping materials (blankets, pillows, sheets) and clothing. Under the bed there are two spacious drawers for storing food. In the kitchen cupboard there is enough space for cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. In the garage you can store things like an extra tent, spare car lights, firewood for the campfire, etc.

Cooking can be done both outside and inside. By using the wooden footboard (for bed mode) as an outdoor table you can cook outside under the cover. Inside, the kitchen table can be folded out. Finished cooking? Snuggle up on the couch and play a card game at the table!
